Is it common to have no symptoms in early pregnancy?
Im around 6 weeks as per my last period but honestly i feel completely normal, no nausea no tiredness nothing. Everyone around me had so many symptoms so now im worried something is off. Anyone else had a symptom free start?

I know that no-symptom phase makes the mind overthink, i was the same. But it really is normal for many of us. If u feel anxious just book a scan, seeing the heartbeat settled me completely.
