Is it normal to have back pain during early pregnancy?
My lower kamar has been aching since few days and im only 7 weeks. Thought back pain comes later when belly grows na? Is it normal to start this early? Anyone else felt the same.
Mild back ache is normal as body adjustments start, but keep an eye on your weight and sugar levels too. Sometimes high sugar can make you feel more tired and achy. Avoid heavy sweets, eat balanced meals, and do light stretches if your doctor allows.
I had terrible lower back pain in my 1st trimester and was so worried. But my doctor said it's just the progesterone relaxing the ligaments, and it got much better later. Now with my toddler, my back hurts for other reasons, haha! It's very common, don't worry.
Yes, mild back pain can happen due to hormonal changes, but make sure you get your thyroid and vitamin D levels checked too. Sometimes vitamin deficiencies also cause early aches. Do mention it during your next regular checkup.
Haan beta, pehle mahino mein halka kamar dard hona bilkul normal hai kyunki sharir badalta hai. Aap jyada jhuk kar kaam mat karo aur thoda aaram kiya karo. Agar dard bahut jyada ho, toh turant doctor ko dikhana.
Haan na, back pain starts very early for some of us because of hormones. Just avoid wearing heels and don't sit in the same position for too long. If it gets too painful, please gynac se pooch lena, but otherwise it's quite normal.
Oh yes, back pain is so annoying, especially when it stops you from standing in the kitchen to make your favorite snacks! Mine started early too, so I just used to sit and enjoy my samosas. Try light warm water fermentation, it really helps.
