Noticed this has increased a lot lately and im around 5 months now. Not painful or anything just more than usual and it got me thinking. Is this something normal or should i mention it to my doc?
Yes, increased milky white discharge is very normal in pregnancy due to hormones, I had it both times. As long as it isnt itchy, smelly, green or causing burning, it is fine. If any of those, then see your gynac.
I noticed more discharge than usual and got worried at first. My doctor said normal white discharge is expected. Did others also have this, it really is more in pregnancy na, I just wear a panty liner.
Plain white discharge is usually normal, but I always tell people, if there is itching, a strong smell, or it turns yellow green, get it checked. Infections need treatment. When in doubt just mention it at your next gynac visit.
