Is it okey to drink beer during trying to conceive?
We are trying this month and there is a small party coming up. I usually dont drink much, maybe one beer, but now I am thinking about the two week wait. Did you avoid alcohol fully while TTC?
Dekho, simple baat hai. When you are trying to conceive, your body should be ready for pregnancy. Alcohol, including beer, is not good for this. It's better to avoid it completely to ensure a healthy start for your baby. No need to complicate things.
Most pregnancy apps and health trackers recommend cutting out alcohol entirely once you start actively trying to conceive. It's about creating the best environment for conception and early pregnancy. There's no safe amount really, so best to play it safe.
Oh, beer! I miss my occasional pint sometimes, but during trying to conceive, it's generally a no-go. Think of all the amazing mocktails you can discover instead though! Or yummy food, that's always a good distraction, haha.
Honestly, I was so confused about this when we were trying! My doctor said it's best to avoid alcohol completely when you're trying to conceive or even suspect you might be pregnant. Did anyone else feel really anxious about every little thing during that time?
From my experience, it's best to stop alcohol as soon as you start trying to conceive. Alcohol can affect fertility for both partners, and also, if conception happens, it's safer for the very early stages of baby's development. It's a small sacrifice for a huge joy.
Our elders always say, jabh bachche ke liye try kar rahe ho, toh sab achchi cheezein khaao piyo. Meri saas ne toh seedha mana kar diya tha beer aur aisi sab cheezon ke liye. Unka kehna hai ki jab tak confirm na ho, tab tak dhyan rakho.
This is a good question to ask, you're being so responsible! When you're trying for a baby, it's wise to treat your body like it's already pregnant. It might feel like a big sacrifice, but trust me, it's worth it for that little life you're hoping for.
