This is a bit embarrassing but I noticed some milky discharge from my breast and im not even pregnant right now. Got me really confused and slightly worried. Is this a normal thing that can happen, has anyone experienced this?
I would honestly get worried and rush to a doctor if i saw this. Better to rule out any hormone issue early. Dont sit and google too much yaar, just get tested.
It can happen sometimes due to a hormone called prolactin being high. Its not normal as a regular thing, so a doctor should check. Usually a small blood test tells the reason.
If you see any milky discharge without being pregnant, please dont ignore it, get it checked. It can be a hormone thing like high prolactin. My friend had this and a simple test sorted it.
