Im 5 months pregnant and craving something fizzy badly in this heat. Limca sounds so tempting but i dont know if cold drinks are ok now. Anyone had it during pregnancy?
Beti, gas wali cheezein pregnancy mein thodi kam khani peeni chahiye. Limca mein gas hoti hai aur cheeni bhi. Isse acidity ho sakti hai. Ghar ka nimbu paani ya nariyal paani piyo, woh zyada achha hai sehat ke liye.
Bahu, zyada gas wali cheezein sehat ke liye achhi nahi hoti, especially jab tumhare andar ek aur jaan pal rahi ho. Limca mein bahut cheeni aur gas hoti hai. Kabhi kabhi thoda sa theek hai, lekin roz nahi. Ghar ka sherbet ya phal ka ras piyo, woh zyada faaydemand hai.
I'm not sure about Limca specifically, but I've heard it's better to avoid too many fizzy drinks during pregnancy because of the sugar and artificial stuff. I guess fresh juices or just water would be safer options for the baby and mom.
Oh god, Limca! Honestly, by the third trimester, I was so sleep-deprived and craving everything unhealthy, I probably would have chugged anything! But yeah, doc said avoid too much sugar and gas, so just have a tiny sip for craving, don't make it a habit, your tummy will thank you later too!
Haha, Limca cravings, I remember those! Look, one sip isn't going to turn your baby into a fizz bomb, but it's loaded with sugar and fizz, which means more acidity and less nutrition. So, maybe just a little tiny bit if you're really really craving, otherwise, hydrate with something healthier!
While an occasional sip of Limca might not be harmful, it's generally advised to limit aerated drinks during pregnancy due to their high sugar content and artificial ingredients. They can also contribute to acidity and gas. It's best to discuss specific cravings or dietary concerns with your doctor for personalized advice.
Beta, I always believe in moderation and listening to your body. Limca, like any aerated drink, is okay sometimes, but it has a lot of sugar and gas. Try to choose fresh nimbu paani more often. Stay positive and take care of yourself, that's most important for baby.
