When I was at ghar pe with mummy, she didn't let me do anything heavy. Just light evening walks with my husband was more than enough. Stay happy and close to family.
Please be very cautious in the first trimester. Having suffered a miscarriage earlier, I would highly advise resting more and avoiding any strain. Ask your doctor before doing anything.
