My family drinks Bournvita regularly, and I'm wondering if it's safe for me to continue drinking it now that I'm pregnant. Is Bournvita safe during pregnancy, or should I avoid it?
Bit shy to ask this but im 4 months and we both are confused if its safe or not. Dont want to harm the baby in any way. Pls share, is it okay during this time?
