My doctor said leg cramps are more common later due to circulation and pressure changes, not really an early sign. Early signs are more like missed period, nausea, fatigue. If you have severe one sided leg pain or swelling though, that needs checking.
I read every ache as a symptom in my early days, honestly it's just anxiety. Leg pain by itself doesnt confirm anything. Take a test if your period is late instead of decoding every body signal na.
Leg pain alone isnt really an early pregnancy sign, it can happen for many reasons. Cramps and aches do come later in pregnancy though. If you suspect pregnancy, the missed period and a test are the real indicators.
