I'm in my early weeks of pregnancy and experiencing a lot of lower back pain. Is it common to have lower back pain during early pregnancy? What can help ease it?
So i sing as a hobby and have some riyaaz daily, but now that im 4 months along my MIL keeps saying ke itna zor lagana theek nahi. Is there actually any harm in singing during pregnancy? Anyone else who continued?
Around 5 weeks and my stomach feels so blocked, this never used to happen before. Is constipation actually part of early pregnancy or is it just my diet? feeling thoda uncomfortable, anyone else faced this?
My gynac had given me meprate before I got pregnant and now im a little confused. I just want to understand if taking it has any effect once you actually conceive. Will ask my doc also but wanted to hear from others who took it.
