My BP came a bit low at the chemist and im feeling lightheaded since couple days. Period is delayed too so my mind is going everywhere. has anyone had low bp as an early sign?
I felt lightheaded a lot in my early weeks and my BP was on the lower side. Did others feel dizzy when standing up too fast? It scared me until my doctor said it was common.
My gynac said BP can dip a bit in early pregnancy due to hormonal changes, so some women feel dizzy. But low BP alone isnt a confirmed pregnancy sign. If you are feeling faint often, get it checked rather than assuming.
I panicked thinking something was wrong when I kept feeling dizzy. Turned out my BP was just slightly low and totally manageable. Eating on time and staying hydrated fixed it, but I did get checked first.
