The acidity has been killing me lately, im 16 weeks. I have maalox at home from before but not sure if i should take it now. Will check with my doc but wanted to hear if anyone used it.
I was super careful with anything I put in my body during pregnancy. For acidity my doctor suggested smaller meals first before any medicine. Whether maalox suits you only your gynac can confirm, pls check with her.
Haan acidity hota hai bahut pregnancy mein, mere saath bhi tha. But medicine ke liye apni doctor se hi pucho na, woh hi sahi batayegi. Tab tak thoda upar wale takiye pe so ke dekho, mujhe usse aaram mila tha.
Acidity was my biggest enemy both pregnancies. My gynac did allow an antacid but she chose which one and how much, I didnt pick it myself. Dont self medicate na, just ask her and she'll tell you in two minutes.
Cant really say if its safe for you, every pregnancy is different. Personally I never took anything without my doctor's ok. Just give her a call and confirm before taking it.
