My nose is fully blocked since 3 days and i cant sleep at night at all. I have otrivin oxy at home which i used before but now im 5 months pregnant so scared to use anything without asking. Anyone used nasal drops during pregnancy?
Nasal sprays like that arent something to use freely in pregnancy, some are restricted. For a blocked nose, steam and saline drops are gentler. But please check with your gynac before using any spray.
I avoided all such sprays and only used what my doctor okayed. For congestion I did steam inhalation which helped. Definitely ask your gynac before this one, dont self use it.
