Is paracetamol safe in pregnancy second trimester?
Had a bad headache since morning and im in my 5th month. Doc ne pehle bola tha its ok but ab im scared to take anything na. Did anyone take it in 2nd trimester without any issue? Will check with gynac also but wanted to hear ur experiences.
After my long IVF journey, I was terrified of taking any medicine. My doctor told me paracetamol is generally safe but please consult your gynac first before taking anything. Take care of yourself.
If it's for mild body ache, sometimes doing light walking or prenatal yoga helps, but only do them if your doctor allowed. For fever or headache, definitely check with your doctor before taking paracetamol.
Haan na, pregnancy me directly koi dawa nahi leni chahiye. My gynac told me crocin/paracetamol is safe but only when absolutely necessary, so better call your doc once.
It's usually the safest option for fever or pain during pregnancy, but don't self-medicate. Call your doctor's clinic and ask for the right brand and dosage they prefer.
I remember getting a bad headache in my 5th month and crying because I didn't want to take pills. My gynac reassured me that occasional paracetamol is totally safe for the baby. Now my toddler is running around absolutely fine, so don't worry but ask your doctor first.
My doctor had prescribed me paracetamol when I had a mild fever in the second trimester, and it was perfectly safe. It's always best to get a quick green light from your hospital before popping any pill. Stay positive!
Carrying twins meant double the aches, so paracetamol was my buddy, but only after doc approved it. Don't play doctor yourself, just drop a WhatsApp to your gynac and confirm.
