Im in my two week wait and going crazy analysing every little thing my body does. The sore breasts and tiredness feel exactly like my usual PMS before periods. How do you even tell the difference, is there any?

My doctor explained that both are driven by hormones so the symptoms naturally feel alike. She said the more telling pregnancy signs can be light implantation spotting or nausea, but even those vary. Bottom line, only a test confirms it.
With PCOS my cycles were irregular so I could never tell PMS from anything. I learnt not to rely on symptoms and just test or check with my doctor. Everyone is different so I try not to compare too much.
I used to analyse every little twinge wondering if it was PMS or pregnancy, it drove me crazy. They really do feel the same. Try to wait calmly for the test date, easier said than done I know.
Yes they overlap a lot, sore breasts, mood swings, cramps, tiredness all feel similar. The real giveaway is the missed period and then a test. Dont try to guess by symptoms alone, they fooled me both times.
Honestly before I tested I thought my period was just coming, it felt exactly like PMS. Did anyone else feel that confusion? The cramps had me convinced it was just my cycle.
