I have oats porridge almost every morning now coz nothing else stays down, thoda bland but easy. Is it actually good for the baccha or should i add something more to it? second trimester here.
Honestly, daliya is my best friend in my 3rd trimester because it's so easy to digest and doesn't cause heartburn. Getting out of bed is a struggle anyway, so a quick porridge bowl is a lifesaver.
Absolutely, porridge is great. Mix in some dry fruits and seeds to make it extra healthy, but don't add too much sugar. Simple daliya with milk is the best.
It really is wonderful for your body and gives you so much gentle energy. I used to have hot ragi porridge every morning and it felt like a warm hug for my baby.
Porridge is very nourishing and pure, keeps the body calm. Just eat mindfully, keep a peaceful mind, and take care of your health, everything will go well.
My doctor specifically recommended oats and broken wheat porridge because they keep blood sugar stable. I researched and found it also has great folate and iron content, so definitely add it.
