I've heard that eating dates (khajur) can be very beneficial, especially towards the end of pregnancy. I wanted to know if it's safe and good to eat khajur throughout my entire pregnancy, or if there are any restrictions on when I should eat them.
First pregnancy and im honestly so confused about what to eat and what to skip. Everyone gives different advice na. Im 3 months now, can you all share which foods i should actually avoid? pls help.
