We are trying since few months and my mom is insisting on adding ragi to my diet, says its good for getting pregnant. I do like ragi roti honestly. Does it really help with conceiving or just a general healthy thing?
Ragi is a nice wholesome food, full of calcium and iron, i ate it a lot when trying. It wont magically make u conceive but a healthy diet does help overall. For real fertility concerns do see a doctor though.
I have PCOS so i focused on millets like ragi to keep things steady, it helped my diet. But i wont promise it does anything magic. Pair it with whatever ur doctor advises for conceiving.
In our home ragi was always given to new brides, my granny believed in it. It is good food beta, eat it happily. But baby comes in its own time, dont worry too much.
