Im 7 weeks and craving sweets like crazy, especially rasgulla. MIL keeps saying too much meetha is not good but honestly i cant resist. Is it okay to have once in a while?
I totally understand those sweet cravings, they are so hard to resist! Go ahead and enjoy a little piece to make yourself happy, just don't overdo it dear.
When I had terrible morning sickness, rasgulla was one of the few things that actually stayed down. The cold, sweet taste really helped me, so go for it if you feel like eating!
I craved sweets so much during my pregnancy! But after my C-section, the doctors kept a close eye on my diet, so I realized eating in limit earlier would have been better.
Of course it's good, especially for the soul! 😂 Just don't eat the whole dabba in one sitting, squeeze out the extra chashni to save yourself from sugar overload.
It's fine to eat as a treat, but remember it has a lot of refined sugar. Squeeze the syrup out and limit it to one, especially if your doctor is monitoring your glucose levels.
Omg, I've been eating one rasgulla almost every evening! Did your doctor say anything about sweet cravings? I keep worrying if my sugar levels will go high.
