Suddenly craving chikoo a lot in this trimester. mummy says its good for energy but someone warned me ki sweet fruits zyada mat khao. confused now, is sapota okay to have during pregnancy?
Chickoo shake was my survival drink because I had zero energy to cook! It's totally fine to eat, just don't add extra sugar unless you want a crazy sugar rush.
Sapota is great for digestion and energy, but since it's very sweet, eat it in moderation. If you have gestational diabetes or high sugars, definitely ask your doctor before eating.
I am currently in my 2nd trimester and really craving sweet chickoo (sapota). Is it safe to eat daily or does it increase blood sugar too much? Anyone else eating it?
