Hi, I'm 37 weeks pregnant and is pcos a problem for pregnancy?. kamar what should I do? Any advice from other moms-to-be?

My breasts have been feeling so sore and heavy since the last week, even touching hurts a bit. Im around 5 weeks and not sure if this is a normal early sign. Anyone else felt this?
