Last two days i keep getting these sudden chills and shivering even though there is no fever, temperature is normal. Im in my first trimester. Just wondering if anyone else felt this kind of thing in pregnancy?
Shivering by itself is not a typical pregnancy symptom, and if it comes with fever you should see a doctor. I had chills with a fever once and they took it seriously. Please dont ignore shivering with high temperature.
It is not a classic early sign like nausea or missed period. Occasional chills can happen from hormones or feeling weak, but shivering usually points to something else like fever or low sugar. If it keeps happening, get checked.
