I sneeze so hard that my lower tummy pulls for a second, and then I get scared. I am 16 weeks and otherwise okay. Anyone else feels that sudden pull when sneezing?
I felt a weird pulling pain in my lower belly every time I sneezed in the second trimester and got scared. My doc said it's just the ligaments stretching and completely fine. Felt so relieved after that.
Totally normal and harmless. Baby is well cushioned by the fluid. Later on you might feel a sharp pull near the belly when you sneeze, that's just the round ligament stretching, also nothing to worry about.
Haha no, the baby is super safe in there, sneezing won't pop anything out. The only thing at risk is your bladder in the later months, so cross your legs and sneeze freely!
In my pregnancy I sneezed a lot due to allergies and nothing happened, baby was fine. But if you're sneezing because of a bad cold or fever, do mention it to your doctor before taking anything.
