Just found out im pregnant, maybe 5 weeks, and getting mild pulling pain in lower stomach. Its not severe but ofcourse mai thodi scared hu. Is this normal in the beginning or should i call my gynac?
I kept up with gentle prenatal walks, which really helped with mild abdominal discomfort and digestion, but only after my doctor gave me the go-ahead. If the pain is sharp or persistent, stop everything and check with your gynecologist immediately.
I had a C-section and remember having some mild pulling pains early in pregnancy which my doctor said was normal stretching. Just rest well and don't lift heavy things. However, if the pain gets sharp, do let your doctor know.
I felt so much anxiety when I had mild cramping in my first month, but my doctor reassured me it was just implantation and stretching. It felt like mild period pain. But please, if it is intense or doesn't go away, do check with your doctor.
Mild stretching pain is quite normal as the uterus grows, and drinking warm water or resting helps. But if it feels like severe cramps or is accompanied by any spotting, please contact your gynac immediately.
