My breasts feel sore and kind of tender since few days and we are ttc. Wondering if this is a pregnancy thing or just normal before periods. Anyone else had this?
Yes honestly the breast soreness was one of my very first signs. I felt them so tender and heavy that even my bra was uncomfortable. It actually made me suspect I was pregnant before the test.
My gynac said the tenderness is from rising estrogen and progesterone and increased blood flow to the breasts. She said it usually eases after the first trimester. Wearing a well fitting supportive bra is what she recommended.
Very common, it is the hormones preparing your body. Both times my breasts felt sore and fuller in early months. A soft supportive bra helped a lot, skip the tight underwire ones.
