Im throwing up like 3-4 times a day in this 8th week and it leaves me so drained. First pregnancy so i have nothing to compare with. Is this much vomiting normal for everyone or am i extra?
I am planning for a baby and honestly, the thought of morning sickness scares me so much! Do you feel nauseous the whole day or is it only in the morning?
Haan beta, ulti aana toh bohot normal baat hai, isse pata chalta hai bacha badh raha hai. Bas thoda thoda paani peete raho aur dahi chawal khao. Jyada pareshan mat hona, sab theek ho jayega.
I just had my baby and oh God, the vomiting was so real in the first few months. I literally survived on coconut water and cold milk. Just hang on, it usually stops completely after the first trimester!
Sucking on lemon or drinking ginger tea helps a lot with nausea. But if you cannot keep even water down and are vomiting constantly, please consult your doctor immediately to avoid dehydration.
It is super common, so don't stress too much about it! Almost every pregnant girl goes through this. Keep some sour candies handy, eat small meals, and just take it easy, babe.
For me, vomiting was a daily routine until my 16th week. I couldn't even stand the smell of tadka! But every pregnancy is different, some of my friends didn't vomit even once.
Yes, morning sickness is extremely common, especially in the first trimester. I had it with both my kids. The trick is to keep some dry biscuits next to your bed and eat one before even sitting up in the morning.
