Just got my positive test and im a bit clueless yaar. Apart from the obvious stuff, what are the things you all kept handy that actually helped? Like comfort items, snacks, anything. Pls share what worked for u.
Honestly, before buying any supplements or special maternity belts, please check with your gynac first. For daily use, just loose cotton clothes and supportive flat footwear are more than enough. Safety should always come first!
I totally understand how confusing this phase is dear. For me, a comfortable water bottle to keep near you all the time and soft slip-on shoes were absolute lifesavers. Please take lots of rest and cherish these beautiful days, okay?
A pregnancy pillow is non-negotiable, seriously. I had to manage two babies in one tummy and that huge C-shaped pillow saved my life and my husband's side of the bed too! Also keep coconut oil handy for the stretching skin, it helps.
Haan na, starting me deep breathing and loose gowns are so comforting. Ek badhiya maternity pillow le lo, sleep is very important. Aur coconut water daily, taste bhi achha lagta hai and acidity bhi nahi hoti.
A husband who is ready to run for ice cream at 2 AM is the real must-have! On a serious note, grab a good nursing bra early because the tightness is no joke. Don't worry, enjoy this time and eat well!
Right now in my 3rd trimester, my absolute must-have is just AC and someone to lift me up from the sofa! But seriously, slip-on shoes that you don't have to bend to tie are a blessing. My tummy is so big I haven't seen my feet in weeks.
