Im around 5 weeks and getting these light cramps in lower pet, kinda like period pain. First pregnancy so honestly thoda confused, is this normal in the beginning or should i be worried? Anyone else felt this early on?
I completely get how scary this is, I used to overthink every tiny sensation in my first trimester. Mild cramping is actually quite common as the uterus expands, but if it gets severe or there is any spotting, please call your gynac right away to be safe. Just take deep breaths, you are doing great.
When I was in my first trimester, I also had these light period-like cramps. My doctor explained that the uterus is stretching, which is completely normal. Just keep yourself hydrated and rest, but do tell your gynac in your next visit.
Oh god, I remember this phase so clearly, my toddler is 2 now but back then I was also googling early pregnancy cramps every hour. Honestly, minor stretching pain is normal because your body is changing. Just don't lift heavy things right now, okay?
Just keep praying and stay positive, dear, your body is doing a beautiful thing right now. Mild cramping is just your baby settling in. Take proper rest, eat ghar ka khana, and leave the rest to God. If pain increases, definitely check with doctor.
Beta, thoda bahut cramping normal hai early weeks me, baby is making space for itself. Par bilkul stress mat lo, badha hua pain ya bleeding ho toh hi tension wali baat hai. Just rest as much as u can, and if u feel too uneasy, directly phone your doctor.
Haan yaar, mere saath bhi aisa hi hua tha, mild cramps toh common hote hain early pregnancy mein. Body prepare ho rahi hoti hai na baby ke liye. Bas agar pain zyada badhe, toh bina soche doctor ke paas chale jana, risky lagta hai fir.
Currently in my 3rd trimester and let me tell u, the cramping changes but never really goes away fully! Early days mein uterus stretch ho raha hota hai toh thoda pain naturally hota hai. Enjoy this time before the heavy belly kicks in, and obviously check with doc if it hurts too bad.
