I stuck to fresh homemade juices and lots of water alongside my walks. Beetroot and amla juice felt good for energy. Just keep it fresh and not too sweet, packaged ones I avoided.
Fresh orange, pomegranate and sweet lime were my favourites, so refreshing. I avoided packaged ones because of all the sugar. Coconut water also felt like a treat in summer honestly.
