Suddenly i feel my whole body getting hot and i start sweating even when the fan is on, its strange. Im in my second trimester. Are these the hot flashes people talk about? what does it actually feel like for u all?
I got these at my desk all the time, so annoying. Kept a small fan, water bottle and wore breathable kurtas. Quick fixes that fit a busy day. Its normal, just manage the heat practically.
Oh I get these all the time now, suddenly I feel like a heater switched on inside me lol. Fan on full and I'm still warm. My doc said its normal pregnancy thing. Misery but normal yaar.
My gynac explained its due to hormonal changes and increased blood circulation, so u feel hot waves even when others are comfy. She said stay hydrated, dress in layers u can remove, and avoid very hot rooms. Common in pregnancy and after delivery too.
Its that sudden warm flush, mostly face and neck, sometimes with sweating. Hormones and extra blood flow cause it. I kept loose cotton clothes and a hand fan handy. Totally normal but if u also feel dizzy or very high fever, check with doc.
