What are the benefits of coconut water in pregnancy?
Everyone around me is telling me to drink nariyal pani daily now that im pregnant. I dont mind, i actually like it, but i wanna know whats the actual benefit, is it for the baby or for me? and is everyday too much?
I'd have it after my morning walk, felt so refreshing and replaced the fluids nicely. Natural electrolytes without any junk. Just stick to fresh ones, not the bottled flavoured kind.
Great for hydration and it's light on the stomach. Helped my acidity and constipation a bit. Just have the fresh tender one, not the packaged sugary stuff. One a day was perfect for me.
