What are the best sex positions to conceive a baby?
We have been trying for a few months now and im ready to try anything that might help thoda. I know its not magic but still. Ladies who conceived, did any particular thing work for you?
I think keeping things relaxed and stress-free is the most important part of conceiving. Any basic comfortable position is perfectly fine, don't overthink it.
My MIL obviously never spoke about this, but my doctor told us that any comfortable position works. Just lying flat on your back for 15 minutes afterwards can help.
We are also trying, and I read that missionary position is generally recommended. Trying to keep a pillow under the lower back after sex might also help, hopefully it works for us.
Honestly, there is no magic position, I used to worry about this so much! Just missionary or whatever is comfortable is fine. What matters most is tracking your ovulation.
