What can be the reason for not conceiving after trying?
Its been almost a year of trying and still nothing, honestly thoda disheartening ho raha hai. Reports of both of us are normal as per doctor. What else could be the reason yaar?
It's so frustrating and emotionally taxing when you're trying and it's not happening, I totally get that feeling. There are many, many reasons, from hormonal imbalances to blockages in tubes, or even issues with sperm. Please don't blame yourself. The first step is to both get checked by a good fertility specialist.
Beta, kabhi kabhi time lag jaata hai. Sab ki kismat alag hoti hai. Ho sakta hai thoda stress ho, ya kabhi kabhi chote mote andar ki takleefein hoti hain jo pata nahi chalti. Acchi khaasi doctor ko dikhao, aur bhagwan pe bharosa rakho. Sab theek ho jayega.
Hey, don't stress too much, it's actually super common for it to take a while. It could be so many things – sometimes just timing, or maybe some hormonal imbalance. Both partners need to get checked, you know. Just keep trying and stay positive, okay? Sometimes it just needs a little more time.
Beti, pareshan mat ho. Kabhi kabhi ho jaata hai aisa. Stress bhi ek badi wajah hoti hai. Achhe se khana paka ke khao, garam doodh piyo. Aur haan, ek baar doctor ko dikha lo, woh sab tests kar lenge. Humare yahan toh log kehte hain neem ke patte bhi faydemand hote hain, par doctor se puch lena pehle.
My doctor explained that there are many potential reasons. It could be ovulation issues, blocked fallopian tubes, uterine fibroids for the woman. For men, it might be sperm quality or count. Sometimes it's even unexplained infertility. They usually suggest a fertility workup for both partners after a year of trying.
Oh god, this was my biggest fear! I used to overthink every little thing. It could be anything from not ovulating properly, to issues with fallopian tubes, or even male factor infertility. Environmental factors also play a role. It's really best to go to a gynac together and get a full check-up done for both of you to figure it out.
I understand how heartbreaking and confusing it can be when you're trying your best and nothing is happening. It's okay to feel that way. There are countless reasons, both for the woman and the man. Please don't give up hope. Seek support and good medical advice, it makes a huge difference.
Look, it's not uncommon. Could be anything from hormonal imbalances, ovulation issues, blockages, or even male factor infertility. The best and only way to know for sure is for both you and your partner to get a full fertility workup from a specialist. Don't waste time guessing, get proper medical advice.
