Im around 6 weeks and keep getting these mild cramps low in my pet, kinda like period pain. No bleeding ya anything but thoda scared ho jati hu everytime. Is this normal in the start or should i call my gynac?
For minor cramps, drinking warm water or putting a warm water bag on your back helps a lot. Make sure you don't do any heavy lifting right now. But agar pain badh jaye ya severe ho, then directly go to your gynac, home remedies won't work there.
Oh I felt this exact same thing in my first trimester! It used to feel like mild period cramps and I was so worried. Did you also feel it more when standing up? My doc said it's normal but I still get nervous sometimes.
Listen, dont panic. Early on, the uterus is stretching so minor cramping is super common, like mild period pain. Just take rest and keep yourself hydrated, but if the pain gets sharp or you see any spotting, call your doc immediately, ok?
Oh please be very careful. Cramps can be normal stretching, but honestly, having lost my first baby, I get so scared of any pain. Please consult your gynac once just to be totally safe, dont take any risks.
Haan na, early pregnancy me aisi halki cramps normal hoti hain standard stretching ki wajah se. Mere time pe bhi thoda pain hota tha lower belly me. Tension mat lo, but body ko comfort do and keep resting.
Actually minor cramps are just the uterus expanding, but make sure you are eating clean and staying hydrated. Coconut water and healthy snacks helped me stay strong. Avoid heavy oily foods that cause gas, because gas pain also feels like cramps sometimes.
Frankly, any cramping should be monitored closely. I had a lot of complications in my journey, so I always tell everyone to run it by their gynac. It might just be implantation or stretching, but a quick checkup gives peace of mind.
Hey! 🌸 Mostly it is just your little one making space in there! The uterus expands and causes these mild pulls. Drink lots of water and take sweet naps. 💕 Keep smiling, you are doing great!
