I think im about 4 weeks now and its hard to imagine anything is even happening inside yet. Curious what actually forms this early on. Would love to know.

Honestly in month one you barely feel anything but a lot is happening inside, the early cells are forming the foundation. Just make sure you are taking folic acid and eating proper, thats the main thing this early.
In the first month its very early, the fertilized egg implants and the basic structures start, like the neural tube which becomes brain and spine. My doctor said this is why folic acid is so important right from the start.
