Im only 6 weeks and everyone at home keeps telling me to avoid papaya, pineapple this that. Getting confused which fruits are actually fine and which to skip. Can you all share what you avoided early on?
Beta in our home we always avoid raw papaya and too much pineapple in early days. Pakka ripe papaya thoda chalta hai but better skip in the start. Still, ask your doctor as every body is different.

Honestly the only ones I genuinely limited were raw papaya and too much pineapple. Everything else like apple, pear, pomegranate I ate freely both times. Dont let lists scare you off all fruit.
Most fruits are actually fine, the common ones people avoid are unripe papaya and excess pineapple. But honestly the safest is to ask your gynac what suits your case rather than following whatsapp lists.
