What happens in the first three months of pregnancy?
just found out im pregnant, around 5 weeks. first time so im totally clueless about what to expect in these initial months. matlab what all changes happen in body and baby? want to be a bit prepared.
First trimester is a rollercoaster, honestly! You'll likely feel super tired, maybe some morning sickness (which can be all-day sickness, haan!). Your breasts will get tender, and you'll pee a lot. The baby is developing all its major organs. It's a crucial time, so rest up and eat well, even if you don't feel like it.
Beta, those first three months are when the body is doing so much important work. You might feel very sleepy and some nausea, like when I was pregnant. My MIL used to give me dry ginger pieces to suck on. It's a time for lots of rest and simple, nourishing food. But of course, listen to your doctor too, they know best.
I'm still in my first trimester now, and OMG, the tiredness is real! And the constant nausea, like sometimes even water makes me feel bleh. Did anyone else get super emotional too, like crying over small things? It feels like my body is doing so much behind the scenes.
Oh, the first trimester! For me, it was a mix of immense joy and constant worry. You'll experience symptoms like extreme fatigue, nausea, food aversions, and your emotions will be all over the place. I remember checking everything online and constantly thinking if everything was okay. Just remember it’s a big adjustment for your body, and it's okay to feel overwhelmed.
During the first three months, my dear, your body will be going through many changes internally. You might feel very tired, and some morning sickness is common. My mother always said to rest plenty and eat small, frequent meals. It's a time for you and the baby to settle in, so do listen to your doctor's advice carefully and take it easy.
