Keep yourself nourished, dear, as your body is creating a new life. Staying hungry for long can cause weakness and gas, so keep taking small blessings of food throughout the day.
Don't stress too much if you missed a meal because of nausea, the baby will take nutrition from your body anyway. But try to keep snacking on small things like makhana or dry fruits so you don't get bad acidity, okay?
Staying hungry can make your blood sugar drop, leaving you dizzy. I had thyroid issues and my doctor strictly told me to eat small meals every 2-3 hours to keep my energy and hormone levels stable.
Why are you staying hungry? It causes severe acidity, headache, and weakness, which is not good for you or the baby. If you can't eat big meals, keep biscuits or fruits near you and eat every two hours.
