Saw this short form cm in a pregnancy app and on some forums and i have no clue what it means. Everyone seems to know except me lol. Can someone explain what cm stands for? thoda confused with all these abbreviations.
If u saw cm on a tracker it usually means cervical mucus, the vaginal discharge that changes through ur cycle and pregnancy. People watch it while trying to conceive. In pregnancy discharge naturally increases too. Apps love these short forms na.
Cm is cervical mucus, basically the discharge. Around ovulation it gets clear and stretchy. Once pregnant u often notice more of it. Its normal as long as it isnt foul smelling, itchy or with bleeding.
Oh I was confused by this term too when I started reading forums. It means cervical mucus. I noticed more discharge in early pregnancy and got worried but its common. Glad someone asked this.
Cm means cervical mucus. Just one caution, if ur discharge becomes greenish, very smelly, blood tinged or comes with itching or pain, dont ignore it, get it checked with ur gynac. Normal clear or milky discharge is usually fine.
