7 weeks here and i feel so tired all the time, like i could sleep the whole day yaar. Is this the fatigue everyone talks about or something more? Trying to understand how it actually feels for others.
It's normal, your body is doing huge work even if you can't see it. Don't fight it, nap if possible, eat on time. If you feel breathless or super weak get your hemoglobin checked.
First tri tiredness is real and managing office with it is tough. I broke my day into small tasks and slept early. Keep snacks handy and water close. It does ease up by week 13-14 mostly.
Fatigue is that deep tiredness in early weeks. My gynac said progesterone shooting up plus the body building the placenta takes a lot of energy. Rest when you can, eat small frequent meals, keep iron levels checked.
Oh I felt this so badly in my first three months. I'd sleep, wake up and still feel drained. My doctor said it's the hormones and body adjusting. It honestly got better in second trimester for me.
