My doc mentioned something about iugr at my last scan and i didnt fully understand. Can someone explain in hindi simple terms what it actually means? thoda tension ho rahi hai tbh.
Technically, IUGR stands for Intrauterine Growth Restriction, jise hindi me bache ka vikas rukna ya kam hona bolte hain. Doctor ne bataya tha ki isme placenta se bache tak blood supply proper nahi pahunchti, isliye regular doppler test zaroori hote hain.
IUGR ka matlab hota hai ki pregnancy me bache ka vikas normal se thoda kam ya dhiime ho raha hai. Mere baby ko bhi growth restriction tha jiski wajah se doctor ne timely C-section kiya, and now my baby is perfectly healthy. Bilkul darna mat, doctor ki baat suno.
Mera abhi second trimester chal raha hai aur mujhe bhi growth scan ke baare me tension ho rahi hai. Kya IUGR sach me common hai aur kya diet change karne se thik ho jata hai? Agar kisi ko pata ho toh bataye.
IUGR ko Intrauterine Growth Restriction bolte hain, yani garbhashay me bache ka dhang se growth na hona. Isme ghabrane ki baat nahi hai, bas doctor regular scans aur blood flow check karte hain aur proper diet suggest karte hain.
Mujhe pata hai ye sunkar bahut dukh aur dar lagta hai, par please himmat rakho. IUGR me bache ko proper nutrition nahi milta andar, toh doctor bed rest aur protein intake badhane ko bolte hain. Apne gynac se thik se samajh lo aur stress bilkul mat lo.
