Im 30 weeks and lately feeling this heaviness kind of down there, like baccha pushing low. not painful but strange. is this what they call pelvic pressure? want to understand before my next visit.
Keep your thoughts positive and trust the process, your body is beautifully expanding. Just rest well and take it easy. If the pressure feels too heavy, consult your doctor.
It is totally understandable to feel scared when you feel that heavy pressure down there. In my third trimester, it was just the baby's head settling down, but please talk to your doctor to put your mind at ease.
Don't stress too much, it's usually just gravity and your baby getting heavier! Try using a pregnancy support band, it really helped lift the weight for me. But definitely mention it to your gynac.
I had severe pelvic pressure in my 6th month which turned out to be an early dilation issue. Don't ignore it or take it lightly—gently call your doctor and get it checked.
Pelvic pressure can be completely normal as the baby grows, but it can also be a warning sign. Please check with your gynac directly to rule out any preterm issues.
