Sitting here in my 3rd trimester feeling like a heavy potato, my doctor just checked mine and it's 11.5 which is decent. Pregnancy takes so much out of you, literally! If yours is low, your gynac will surely give u iron pills, just swallow them and rest.
It should ideally be above 11. Be careful when trying to increase it through diet though. Some people suggest sweet juices like pomegranate or beetroot, but if you have sugar issues, stick to spinach and green veggies as suggested by your doctor.
I think doctors say around 11 to 12 is a good level. I am trying to conceive now and trying to eat healthy beforehand so my levels are good. Hope you are taking care of yourself gently.
Behn, normal hemoglobin 11 ya usse upar hona chahiye pregnancy mein. Hamare yahan toh ghar pe sab bolte hain ki palak aur seb khaya karo khoon badhane ke liye. Apne doctor se milte rehna aur woh jo dawai dein time pe lena.
Normal is around 11 or 12, but honestly my own brain's level is at zero right now due to no sleep! My doctor had put me on iron tablets because mine fell to 9.5. Make sure u take your supplements, trust me, you'll need all the energy once the baby is here.
Hey! Usually anything above 11 is great, but don't stress too much if it dips a bit, it's super common in pregnancy. Just have your leafy greens and take the iron tabs your doc gave. You are doing amazing, babes!
My doctor said anything above 11 is normal. But honestly, I'm just using this as an excuse to eat more pomegranate and beetroot halwa! Got to keep those levels high while enjoying my cravings, right?
Mine is currently 10.8 and my doctor said it's slightly low but okay for 2nd trimester, though I am still overthinking it. Did anyone else's hemoglobin drop around the fourth month? I am taking my iron pills regularly but still worried.
