What is the normal range for blood sugar in pregnancy?
Gynac has asked me to do the sugar test next week and i honestly dont know what numbers are considered normal. Slightly nervous about gestational diabetes. Can someone tell me the safe range?
Actually, fasting should be below 95 and 2 hours post meal should be under 120, yaar. Mere doctors were very strict about this. Just cut down on white rice and sugar, it works wonders.
Standard targets are fasting below 95 and post-meal under 120 or 140 depending on your doctor's protocol. Get a home glucometer and track it properly. It's very manageable if you are disciplined.
Uff, currently in my 3rd trimester and matching these sugar levels is like solving board exams. Fasting needs to be under 95 but my baby demands ice cream! Joking aside, please follow your gynac's chart.
Keep your mind peaceful and pray, dear. Generally fasting is expected to be under 95, but don't obsess over numbers daily. Trust the doctors and feed your body healthy food.
During my pregnancy, my sugar levels were slightly borderline, which made my C-section recovery a bit slow. Fasting should ideally be below 95, and post-meals under 120. Just take care of your diet and don't stress about the delivery.
Honestly, when I had bad vomiting, my sugar dropped very low because I couldn't eat. But standard safe limit is fasting under 95. Keep some healthy snacks with you so you don't feel dizzy.
