I have headache and mild cold but I am scared to take any medicine from home box. Before pregnancy I would just take whatever was there. Do you always call gynac for even small things?
My doctor gave me a small list of what I could take for fever or acidity and told me to avoid the rest. The same medicine can be fine in one case and not another, so a general list online isnt reliable. Always confirm with your gynac.
Please dont take any medicine on your own in pregnancy, even common ones, some are not safe. I always called my gynac before taking anything, even for a headache. Let your doctor tell you whats safe for your case.
