Period is late and im feeling a weird uneasiness in stomach but not actually vomiting. Trying to understand if this is that early pregnancy nausea everyone talks about. how did it feel for u?
I can't speak for everyone, but for me, the smell of tadka or even my husband's perfume would instantly make me run to the washroom. It was a very intense, constant gagging feeling.
It's a terrible, heavy feeling in the throat where u feel like vomiting but nothing comes out. Eat small, frequent meals and suck on some ginger candy to keep it under control.
My tracker app called it 'morning sickness', but it was actually an all-day dry heave. Tracking my triggers on the app helped me realize that onions and garlic were my main enemies.
With twins, my nausea felt like a never-ending hangover without the fun party! It was a round-the-clock struggle, but keeping dry crackers by my bedside helped a lot.
Honestly, it feels like your stomach is doing gymnastics while u are riding a roller coaster! Just keep a barf bag ready and remember, this too shall pass!
Oh, I totally understand how exhausting that constant green feeling can be, sweetie! For me, it felt like being seasick all day long, but knowing it was for my little miracle made it bearable.
