Newly married and we want to start our family soon. Honestly i dont know much beyond the basics and theres so much conflicting stuff online. What all did u do, any simple tips?
Basics first, healthy diet, folic acid as your doctor suggests, and intercourse around ovulation days. Cut down on too much stress and late nights if you can. If a year passes with no luck, or six months if you are older, then get checked.
I have PCOS so for me it took some patience and a doctor's help with tracking ovulation. I won't promise anything because every body is different. If your cycles are irregular, do check with a gynac early on, it really helped me.
We just got married and are also thinking about this, so I am reading quietly. Good to know it is mostly about timing and staying healthy. Feeling a little less nervous now reading everyone.
Honestly main thing is timing around your fertile days and being regular. Track your cycle, eat well, and don't put too much pressure on yourselves. If nothing happens after several months, then go see a gynac.
Wishing you so much luck on this journey. We had a longer road through IVF, and the biggest thing I learnt was to be gentle with ourselves. Start with the basics and a doctor's guidance, and try not to lose hope whatever the path.
Take good care of your body and keep your heart positive. Eat well, rest well and trust the timing. Along with that, follow your doctor for the right guidance, and things will fall in place when they should.
