Got a BP machine at home and now I keep checking it again and again, thoda paranoid ho gayi hu. Im 26 weeks. Just want to know what range is considered normal so I dont panic over every small reading. anyone?
My BP used to be pretty stable around 110/70 or 120/80 during my pregnancy. My doctor monitored it every visit. So, whatever your doctor says is the right range for you, follow that, as everyone's body is different.
Normal BP is generally considered under 120/80. Any reading above 140/90, or even consistently elevated readings, need immediate medical attention. High BP can be risky, so talk to your gynac right away about your readings.
My doctor always stressed on maintaining a healthy BP. She said normal is usually around 120/80, but it can vary a bit. Regular checkups are a must. I also did light walks and doctor-approved yoga to keep myself active, which helps.
BP is something really serious, na. You should definitely ask your gynac about your specific range. Don't rely on home remedies for this. It's best to follow proper medical advice for BP during pregnancy.
