What should be the duration to conceive after a miscarriage?
Had a miscarriage last month at around 8 weeks and im still healing emotionally. We want to try again but i dont know how long we should wait before its safe. My gynac said we will discuss next visit but i wanted to hear from other moms who went through this.
I'm so sorry you are going through this, I've been there and it's so hard. My doctor told me to wait at least one or two normal cycles before trying again, but it really depends on your body and what the doctor advises. Give yourself time to heal emotionally too, na, dont rush your heart.
Take your time to heal first beta, both body and heart. The doctor usually suggests waiting a cycle or two but every case is different. You will get there, dont put pressure on yourself.
Please get a follow up with your gynac before trying again. The waiting time differs based on how far along it was and your health. They guided me on the right gap and some tests first.
I totally understand how anxious you must feel to try again. Be gentle with yourself, the body and mind both need to recover. Your doctor will tell you the safe time, but theres no need to hurry sweetheart.
