I'm in my first month of pregnancy and trying to be very careful with my diet. What kind of foods should we prioritize eating during this crucial first month for the baby's health?

Honestly, in the first month, just eat whatever you can tolerate because morning sickness can hit anytime. Plain crackers, dry toast, ginger tea, and simple daal-chawal are life-savers.
